1. What this covers
These terms apply to saycroissant-fa450.web.app, operated by [Legal entity], [Address], [Country] ("we", "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not, please just close the tab — no hard feelings.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist creates a pending entry until you confirm the email link we send. We may then email you about the beta and the launch. It is not a purchase, it does not reserve a licence, and it creates no obligation on either side. You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link or by writing to us. Please only submit an email address you control.
3. The app is not out yet
Everything described on this site — story levels, the companion, the widget and planned pricing — describes what we are building. Features, timing and pricing can change before launch. Nothing here is a binding commitment or a guarantee of any particular learning outcome.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at volume or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not submit other people’s personal data. We may block access that does any of these things.
5. Our content
The name SayCroissant, the croissant character, the copy and the design of this site belong to us. You may link to the site and quote short extracts with attribution; please do not reproduce the artwork or pass it off as your own.
6. Availability and liability
The site is provided as is. We try to keep it up, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.
8. Changes and governing law
